Founded in 2005 in Istanbul, Francala combines traditional stone bakery culture with modern production understanding, offering reliable and fresh flavors to tables. Today we serve more than 22 branches and 700 m2 production areas with our wide range of products, ranging from cotton to sweet, to bread.
The mastery in each bite is our naturality and simplicity in every recipe.

Francala was founded in 2005. The products prepared by traditional methods are brought together with modern hygiene standards and started to offer the real flavor that people miss. With its growing and developing structure since its foundation, thousands of customers reach today.

With more than 22 branches, 67 employees and 700 m2 production facilities, Francala delivers thousands of tables of products prepared with daily, unresponsibly and hands.

Every stage of production in Francala is carried out meticulously. Our products are offered to our customers freshly by passing through the inspection of expert masters and food engineers in the field. At the same time, special production and distribution services are provided to corporate partners such as hotel, restaurant and cafe.
